Social entrepreneur Timothy Ma, J.P., Project Consultant (and previously Executive Director) at Project Flame, City University of Hong Kong's social innovation initiative, discusses risk management practices crucial for budding enterprises. Drawing from his own experience, Mr. Ma will examine key issues in social entrepreneurship including external competition and financing.
