IEMS’ Xi Li spoke to the Wall Street Journal on the official launch of the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), saying that the launch of AIIB is a big step for China to improve its internal governance. He also commented that Chinese diplomats may require a more subtle and careful approach leading a multilateral institution like AIIB.
