The HKUST Institute for Emerging Market Studies seeks to hire a Research Assistant to work on a Government-funded research project entitled 'Trade and Investment under "Belt and Road" Implications for Hong Kong'. The appointee is expected to assist the project investigators in conducting quantitative data analysis.
Applicants should have a master's degree in economics or social science, and experience in using statistical software (especially STATA and SAS). (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
