SCMP: Time for Hong Kong to Stop Nuisance Calls

The South China Morning Post carried an article contributed by IEMS’ Kai-Lung Hui, who discussed a consumer survey commissioned by the Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Development Bureau showing 96% of respondents consider “cold calls” a public nuisance. Given the extremely widespread nature of the problem, Prof. Hui called on the government to impose stronger regulations against cold callers.
