Kai Li joined HKUST in 2013 after receiving his PhD in Economics from Duke University. His research area covers Asset Pricing, Macro Finance and Financial Economics. Kai’s current research projects study the implications of financial frictions on the asset returns, and Chinese financial markets. His papers have been published in the leading academic journal Review of Financial Studies.
