Yong H. Kim is an assistant professor in the Department of Management, School of Business and Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. His research interests include social networks, non-market strategies, corporate social responsibility, and “big data” applications to organizational research. His work has appeared at the Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly.
