About the Speaker
Professor Bilian Sullivan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research has been published in top management journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science. Currently, she is examining how government innovation policies affect the outcome and the process of firm innovations in China.
