Short Bio
Xuan Li is a labour economist, and her research borrows behavioural and sociological insights to understand people's performance in the workplace and schools, their choices on labour and school markets, as well as organizations’ managerial practices.
Her current research focus includes Chinese schools and Chinese online labour market.
