Prof Kar Yan Tam now acting director of IEMS
We are pleased to announce that Professor Kar Yan Tam, Dean and Chair Professor, School of Business and Management, HKUST, is now Acting Director of the Institute for Emerging Market Studies, succeeding Professor Donald Low. Professor Low has been an invaluable asset to the Institute and we are grateful for his leadership and guidance. We look forward to Professor Tam's leadership and expertise as we continue to advance our mission of providing thought leadership on key issues in emerging markets.
