The Hong Kong Economic Journal carried an article by IEMS’ Jiatao “JT” Li, Senior Associate Dean and Head of the Department of Management, who commented on the new round of State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) reforms unveiled by Beijing. He said as the downward pressure in terms of economic growth has been mounting in China, SOE reforms need to be implemented soon, which will lay a stronger and more solid foundation to support the sustainable development of China.
