SHSS Dean and IEMS Faculty Associate Kellee TSAI featured in Inkstone in an article that discussing China as a democratic society. “Although the CCP monopolizes political power, actual implementation of policies can be decentralized and vary throughout the country [...] There is a certain degree of electoral democracy in village committee elections where there is open selection of candidates and multiple candidates, including non-CCP ones,” she told Inkstone.
