Zweig Identifies Three Obstacles To Bringing Mobile Talents Back to China on a CCG Forum

The 4th Annual China and Globalization Forum hosted by CCG (Center for China and Globalization) was held at Beijing Yintai Centre on May 20. David Zweig, IEMS Faculty Associate, shared his views with the participants of the obstacles of introducing mobile talents in China.

In his speech, David said that when mobile talents enter the market, the first thing to do is to identify the market demand and become the ones that needed in the market. He pointed out that the longer the talents study abroad, the higher the degree they receive, the more profoundly they understand of international issues. David believes that "The Recruitment Program of Global Experts" is an excellent policy that can bring advanced and globalized technology to China.
