Prof. WU Xun, HKUST(GZ) Innovation, Policy and Entrepreneurship Thrust, stated at Renmin University of China's Shenzhen forum and a GBA policy round-table last Friday that optimizing talent policies requires a shift from competition to collaboration, from subsidies to ecosystems, and from fragmentation to integration.
Prof. WU Xun commented that for talent policies to achieve truly sustainable development, the ultimate goal is to build a healthy innovation ecosystem.
